Application process
From first call to a pack ready for Handwerk employers
A clear path for skilled-trade applicants preparing employment documents and interviews in Germany.
This process page maps how CloudLink Sys runs employment consulting for electricians, mechanics, and related trades. It matches our flagship Full Application Package; shorter consultations use the stages that apply.
Intake and trade mapping
We collect your training timeline, certificates, languages, preferred regions, and 1–3 job ads or employer types. You leave with a shared list of gaps—missing dates, unclear tool experience, or recognition questions—before drafting begins.
Lebenslauf structure
Chronology, Ausbildung blocks, and certificate placement are rebuilt for German workshop readers. We keep claims tied to work you can defend in an interview.
Anschreiben for one target
One letter for one posting or employer type. We address shift needs, safety culture, and the exact trade tasks named in the ad—without brochure language.
Attachment checklist
You receive an ordered list of what to attach: certificates, references, and any manufacturer trainings referenced in the letter. Mismatches are flagged before you send.
Interview rehearsal
Two live sessions cover office questions and shop-floor scenarios. Feedback focuses on specific examples from your projects, not memorised scripts.
Send guidance and close
Final files arrive with notes on subject lines, follow-up timing, and what to bring if you are invited to a site walk-through. Further coaching can be booked separately.
Typical timeline
Most full packages finish in two to four weeks, depending on how quickly certificates and references arrive and how your shifts allow rehearsal slots. Document-only reviews are usually returned within a week.
