Evidence from Bewerbungen we prepared together
These notes come from applicants in electrical, mechanical, and related trades. Names are shortened; details reflect the consultations they booked.
“I had years on plant maintenance but my Lebenslauf still read like a student CV. After the rewrite and two interview runs, I could explain my lockout work without rambling. The Anschreiben took longer than I expected—worth it, though I wish we had started with my certificates earlier.”
Marek S. · Industrial electrician · Full Application Package for Skilled Trades
“The practice session covered the exact kind of questions the workshop asked about diagnostic tools and apprentice mentoring. I still stumbled once on a German technical term, but I recovered because we had rehearsed similar moments.”
Lina H. · Automotive mechanic · Interview Coaching for Handwerk Roles
“Their markup caught that my cover letter never mentioned refrigerant handling certificates listed in the job ad. Small fix, big difference in how complete the pack looked.”
Jonas K. · HVAC technician · Document Review for German Trade Applications
“I left the orientation with a clearer pile: which papers to translate first, and what employers usually ask before formal recognition finishes. Nobody promised me a stamp—just a usable order of steps.”
Elena V. · Electrician relocating from abroad · Credential Orientation for Anerkennung Paths
Extended story
From hiring lead to applicant in Baden-Württemberg
Thomas had supervised mechanics in a mid-size workshop before relocating within Germany. His old CV listed titles but buried the systems he actually signed off on. Through the Full Application Package, we rebuilt chronology around vehicle classes, warranty procedures, and how he trained juniors.
The interview rehearsals focused on how a former supervisor answers without sounding either arrogant or vague. He later accepted a senior technician role where the employer wanted someone who could still turn wrenches and brief apprentices. The process took just under three weeks, paced around his remaining notice period.
“I helped hire mechanics for twelve years, then needed support myself after moving regions. CloudLink Sys treated the pack like a trade document, not a marketing brochure. One mild frustration: scheduling around my night shifts took two tries.”
