These terms govern use of cloudlinksys.digital and consulting engagements with CloudLink Sys.
Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging CloudLink Sys for employment consulting related to skilled-trade applications in Germany, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book consultations.
Services described
CloudLink Sys provides informational employment consulting: application document support, interview coaching, and credential orientation for electricians, mechanics, and other skilled trades. Descriptions on this site are informational. A binding scope is confirmed in writing when you book. We do not guarantee job offers, interview invitations, or recognition decisions by German authorities or employers.
Eligibility
You confirm that information you provide about training, certificates, and work history is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation may lead to termination of the engagement without refund beyond what our refund policy allows.
Intellectual property
Website text, visual design, and original templates remain the property of CloudLink Sys. Documents we prepare for you may be used by you for your own job applications. You may not resell our templates or republish site content without written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, CloudLink Sys is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from employment outcomes after consulting. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under German law (including injury to life, body, or health caused by negligence, or liability for wilful misconduct).
Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Content may be updated without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Courts in the jurisdiction of our business seat in Baden-Württemberg shall have competence where legally permitted, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
