Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, phone if provided)
- Message content about your trade, certificates, and application goals
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when essential for security or, with consent, analytics
- Documents you voluntarily send for review (Lebenslauf drafts, certificates)
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to respond to consultation requests and to deliver booked services (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is needed to take steps prior to a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) for legitimate interest in answering general messages). Essential cookies support security and basic operation (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics cookies run only with consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention
Enquiry emails and form submissions are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active engagement or legal obligation. Application documents you send are deleted within 90 days after an engagement ends, unless you ask us to retain them for a follow-up package. Server logs are typically rotated within 30 days.
Recipients and international transfers
Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf under processing agreements. If a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable. You may withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. You may lodge a complaint with a German supervisory authority.
